I forgot my email password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your NTInet email password and did not previously set up any account recovery options, you MUST call our office at 803-533-1660, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm EST, to reset your password. 

Passwords and answers to security questions will not be sent to an alternative email account or shared over the phone for security reasons.

After you regain access to your account, please follow this guide to set up recovery options using this page, in case you forget your password or get locked out again in the future.
